At Stilzone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we sell physical phone accessories (chargers, cables, cases, earbuds, etc.), our return policy is designed to balance customer satisfaction with product hygiene and security.
Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for most items.
Eligible Returns
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories attached.
- The product must be in the same condition as when received (no signs of use, scratches, or damage).
- Defective or damaged items upon arrival (DOA) are accepted with proof (photos required).
Non-Returnable Items (All Sales Final)
- Items that have been opened, used, or installed on a device.
- Clearance, sale, or discounted items (unless defective).
- Hygiene-sensitive items such as earbuds or Bluetooth headsets once opened.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team at support@stilzone.store within 30 days with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back to the address provided (customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items).
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for non-defective returns.
- Exchanges are preferred when possible to reduce processing time.
Warranty Most products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact us with proof of purchase and photos of the defect for warranty claims (after the 30-day return window).

- Morocco: 2-5 business days
- United States and other international destinations: 7-21 business days (depending on the carrier). Tracking is provided for all orders.
Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Yes, we ship to the United States and worldwide. Additional customs fees or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Q: Can I return an opened charger or earbuds? A: Unfortunately, no. Opened or used accessories (especially earbuds and chargers that have been plugged in) are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Q: How do I get a refund? A: Contact support@stilzone.store with your order number. After inspection, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Q: Are your accessories compatible with all phones? A: We clearly indicate compatibility on each product page (e.g., iPhone, Samsung, etc.). Please check before purchasing.
Orders & Payments Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept credit/debit cards and other secure methods through Fourthwall. We never store your full card details.
Q: Can I cancel my order? A: Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible.
Other Q: I received a damaged item. What should I do? A: Take photos immediately and contact support@stilzone.store within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
